Appeals of citizens including individual entrepreneurs and legal entities are considered in accordance with:

• The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus
• The law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities”
• Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 498 of October 15, 2007 “On Additional Measures in Working with Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities”
• Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 2 of December 27, 2006 “On Measures for Further Debureaucratization of the State Machinery”.
